Service Description

BizLab301 is meant for Small Business Owners (SBO) who have a solid foundation in their business and are facing key transition points or challenges due to their own growth and success ("tiger by the tail"). Strategic and structural decisions that can take the business to another level may include re-organization, capital structures, expansion, divestitures, financing, joint ventures, and other similar topics. The class is moderated by SBOCoach, a coaching service whose mission is to support and empower SBOs at every stage of their business journey. The material presented is "course level 301" and assumes you have a solid grasp on business and management concepts and require deeper thinking and insights on dynamic growth and "next plateau" guidance. Each two-hour session will include a presentation of a focus topic for that week, followed by review of pre-submitted questions from each registrant, and a brief open-question period at the end. These sessions are meant for those SBOs that are in need of advanced help in developing and defining and developing a path through new uncharted territory for their business.
