Service Description

BizLab201 is meant for Small Business Owners (SBO) who are over the initial hurdles of starting their business and are now facing the common challenges of "growing pains". The class is moderated by SBOCoach, a coaching service whose mission is to support and empower SBOs at every stage of their business journey. The material presented is "course level 201" and assumes you are already versed in basic business concepts and are looking for a deeper dive into the next stage of building and growing a business. Each ninety-minute session will include a presentation of a focus topic for that week, followed by review of pre-submitted questions from some of the registrants, and a brief open-question period at the end. These sessions are not meant for those SBOs that are already up and running but need some help getting their arms around the next stage of business structure, organization and development. First-time SBOs should consider BizLab101 as a precursor to this course. More advanced and knowledgeable SBOs can look to course offerings 301 and 401 at SBOCoach.com.
