BizLab911 is meant for Small Business Owners (SBO) who are at a difficult stage of their business journey, due either to disruption, sudden crisis, or unexpected challenge to their business. This class is moderated by SBOCoach, a coaching service whose mission is to support and empower SBOs at every stage of their business journey. The material presented assumes experience in running your small business and clear expectations on possible outcomes ahead for your business. Each three-hour session, conducted on Saturdays to avoid possible conflict with regular weekday obligations, will include a presentation of a focus topic for that week, followed by review of pre-submitted questions from each registrant, and a brief open-question period at the end. These sessions are meant for those SBOs that are looking at a transaction or other major flex point in their enterprise's near future.
